Food Science Ltd was founded in 2010 by Dr Jim Pickard and a team of specialists with experience in microbiology, machine engineering and food and water technologies.
Hydromax products were developed in-house and validated in conjunction with accredited test laboratories. New product developments and line extensions are reviewed continuously by the team to ensure that Hydromax Technology is continuously updated to meet the needs of the fresh food sector. The technology is focussed on delivering produce that is safe for consumers and is cost effective and carbon neutral.
The Hydromax system is installed, commissioned, and maintained in customers’ facilities by experienced engineers.
